Return & Refund policy

Before your parcel leaves our facility, it is carefully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately at: contact@uniquelyyoursonline.com.

All items may be returned for a full refund (not shipping costs) if shipped back within 5 days of when the package was delivered. In store purchases are subject to a different return policy.
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to qualify for a refund:
  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • Have tags attached Returned with the original box.

How to request a return: Please email: contact@uniquelyyoursonline.com with your order number in the search title, and reason for return. We will then send you a return shipping label. Orders shipped back without prior contacting us will not be accepted.

Jewelry Care & Maintenance

To preserve their beauty and sparkle, it is recommended that you handle your jewelry with care, the same way you would treat your fine jewelry. By taking a few precautions for use and maintenance, you will be able keep them in perfect condition for a long time.
Please avoid
  • Showering swimming etc.
  • Sports activities
  • Any activities that cause sweat & acid release
  • Contact with makeup & perfume, hairspray etc. We recommend putting your jewelry on after applying cosmetics

Cleaning Your Jewelry

To clean your jewelry dip into warm soapy water and rub with a soft brush. Use a PH-neutral soap.
Then rinse with cool water and gently wipe dry with a soft cloth.
We also recommend occasionally dipping your jewelry into Hagerty Silver Dip, to restore sparkle.

Storing your jewelry
One piece can easily scratch another. Therefore, it is recommended that each piece be stored individually in its case or travel pouch.
